Alteration of tickets before first departure date

If the ticket has not been printed or paid, the traveller may change the ticket without paying a fee. In other cases, a service fee of DKK/SEK/NOK 50 or EUR 7 per ticket per person is charged. The size of this fee may not be the same in all countries. If a ticket is changed less than 36 hours before departure, it is regarded as a cancellation. After departure, it is not possible to change a booking.

Cancellations/Refunds

Paid tickets which are cancelled with more than a 36 hour notice before the time of departure are fully refunded less 10%. At a minimum, this deduction will amount to DKK/SEK/NOK 100 or EUR 15 of the ticket price per person. If the ticket is cancelled less than 36 hours before departure, 50% of the price of the ticket will be refunded. However, if the ticket is not cancelled before departure time, no refund is given. Unused tickets for parts of the journey are non-refundable. Eurolines will not pay compensation for tickets, which have been lost in the mail or stolen. Repayment can only take place in the Eurolines office where the ticket has been bought.
