Can I require a specific seat?

Our coaches have free seating to allow passengers to find a seat of their own choice.

I have a ticket from Eurolines Scandinavia but I am not travelling anyway, can I get a refund?

If you want to cancel your ticket more than 36 hours before departure you can get a major refund. 10% administration fee is charged for this service, minimum DKK/SEK/NOK 100 or EUR 15. With less than 36 hours notice you will get a 50% refund. Please read more detailed information-  click here.

Can I pass over my ticket to another person?

Tickets are personal and are non-transferable.
