Passengers must be at the boarding point 30 minutes before departure time. In the Eurolines offices in Hamburg, Amsterdam, Brussels, London and Paris, passengers must replace their tickets with boarding cards not later than 45 minutes before departure time. On demand, valid travelling identification/ passport and visa must be presented.
